Management is important to the operation of a business. Managers play a key role in maintaining efficiency in a group and they are vital in assuring that tasks are properly distributed and accomplished by a certain time and to a specific standard. 

Thinking critically ultimately comes down to problem solving. It is important to think critically about how a process can be improved and how to analyze to  the root of the problem. When problem solving it is important to think critically about how the problems in the business can be fixed, and what the best way to go about it is. 

There are many different departments of business, and it is important that all departments maintain collaboration within themselves and as a whole business, so that all aspects of the business process can move in sync. 

In another sense, it is important that employees are capable of working together to maintain a healthy work environment.

Leaders play such an important role in businesses. They are responsible for encouraging and motivating team members. Leaders must translate the goal in mind to their team and assure that everybody is on the same page and has the same intentions. Leaders lead by example, so it is important that they are good role models. 

Having an ethical mindset from the start is very important to maintaining an upright and ethical business. It is vital to be sure that all intentions come from an ethical standpoint, and that the impact a business may have on others is taken into consideration.
